Terms of Use
1. Agreement
By accessing or using Proxifund (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the information in your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials. You must provide accurate organisation details and are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes. Demo and API usage may be rate-limited to protect the platform.
4. AI-generated content
Proxifund surfaces third-party funding information and generates draft text with AI. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying every opportunity, deadline and claim before relying on or submitting it.
5. Bring-your-own keys
If you connect your own AI provider keys, you are responsible for that provider’s terms and any associated costs. We store such keys encrypted and use them only to fulfil your requests.
6. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans are billed via our payment processors (Paystack and Stripe). Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proxifund is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for funding decisions made by third parties.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
