01What does Proxifund do?+
Proxifund matches your organisation with live grant opportunities across multiple search engines, tracks every application and deadline in a pipeline, and helps you draft funder-ready proposals with AI.
02Do I need to pay to try it?+
No. You can run a live demo search from the Try page without an account, and every paid plan starts with a 5-day free trial. No credit card is required to register.
03Can I use my own AI key?+
Yes. In Settings → AI Provider & Key you can connect Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, or any compatible endpoint — everything else is handled automatically. Your key is encrypted at rest and never shown again. Otherwise the built-in Proxifund AI is used.
04Which payment methods are supported?+
Paystack is our primary processor for African countries (Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Kenya, and more), with Stripe for other regions. You are routed to the right one automatically at checkout.
05How are matches scored?+
Each opportunity is scored against your organisation profile — sectors, beneficiaries, geography and budget — and we show why each result fits so you can prioritise quickly.
06Is my data private?+
Your profile and pipeline are yours. We never sell data, API keys are encrypted, and you can export or delete your account at any time (with a 14-day grace period before permanent deletion).
07Can my team collaborate?+
The Team plan adds shared pipeline boards and multiple seats so your organisation can coordinate applications together.
