Privacy Policy
1. Information we collect
Account details (name, email, organisation, country) provided at sign-up; your organisation profile and readiness answers; grant pipeline and search/usage activity; and authentication identifiers from Firebase. We do not store payment card numbers — those are handled by our payment processors.
2. How we use it
To match you with relevant grants, operate your pipeline and AI tools, maintain your account, process subscriptions, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data.
3. AI provider keys
If you add your own AI keys, they are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and used solely to make requests on your behalf. They are never returned to the browser or shared.
4. Third parties
We rely on processors including Firebase (authentication), MongoDB (data storage), Paystack and Stripe (payments), and AI/search providers to deliver results. Each processes data under its own terms.
5. Data retention
Operational logs are retained on a rolling basis and automatically expire. If you request account deletion, your data is scheduled for permanent removal after a 14-day grace period, during which you can cancel.
6. Your rights
You can access and update your profile, export all your data as JSON, and delete your account at any time from Settings.
7. Cookies
We use local browser storage to remember your theme and preferences and to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
